A1 Stringing ("we," "us") is a racket stringing service based at 14271 Pintail Loop, Eastvale, CA 92880. This policy explains what we collect when you use a1stringing.com, book a service, text or email us, or hand us a racket, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email, and, for mobile visits and pickups, the address where we meet you.

• Order details: racket make and model, string and tension choices, notes you leave on a booking or drop box form, and photos we take of your frame before and after stringing.

• Payment details: payments are processed by Wix Payments, Square, Venmo, or Zelle. We see the amount, the method, and a confirmation. We never see or store your full card number.

• Messages: texts, emails, and chat messages you send us about your racket.

• Site data: our website runs on Wix, which uses cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, remember your booking, and report basic visitor analytics to us. You can block cookies in your browser; booking may not work with them off.

How we use it

• To do the job: schedule your appointment, visit, or pickup, string your racket to spec, and text you when it is ready or when we have a question.

• To keep records: booking history, frame condition photos, and payment confirmations, so we can stand behind our work and resolve any issue.

• To stay in touch: order updates by text or email are part of the service. Marketing emails go only to people who check the newsletter box, and you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in the email.

• Texting: by giving us your phone number you agree that we may text you about your booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any marketing text to opt out. Booking related texts continue while you have an open order.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' advertising. We share it only with the services we use to run the business: Wix (website, bookings, forms, email), our payment processors, and the calendar we schedule in. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Photos

We photograph frames for our own records. We sometimes post racket photos on social media, never with your name or contact details. Tell us at any time if you would rather we did not post yours.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them for the business and for tax purposes, generally up to seven years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. Children

Our site and services are for adults. Rackets for players under 18 are booked by a parent or guardian, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including the security built into Wix and our payment processors, to protect your information. No website or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
