Racket Regripping (Leather)
Service Description
Regripping with a Babolat leather grip. An optional overgrip is included. A $20 deposit is collected when you book and applied to your $40 total. The balance is paid at your appointment. Prices do not include sales tax, which is calculated after your rackets are strung.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit holds your spot and is applied to your total. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead and we move your deposit to the new time. Inside 24 hours, or if you do not show, the deposit is non refundable. Running late? Text 909 334 2676. We hold your slot for 15 minutes, then your racket becomes a drop off with 24 to 48 hour turnaround. Your frame. We inspect and photograph every frame before stringing and will not string a cracked frame. Frames with hairline cracks, chips, worn or missing grommets, or heavy wear are strung at your request and at your own risk, and we are not responsible for a frame that fails during or after stringing because of existing damage, age, or a hidden defect. Anything extra we find, like grommet damage or heavy grip residue, is quoted by text before it is added. Your string. We string to the tension and string you request. Leave it to us and we pick what fits your game. Feel is personal, so a restring to a different setup is a new job at the regular price. Bringing your own string? Bring a full set of at least 40 feet in good condition. Labor is due even if your string breaks or runs short during installation, and we do not warranty string you supply. Strings are a wear item, so we cannot refund or replace strings that break after your racket leaves us. If you think something went wrong on our end, text us a photo within 48 hours and we will take a look. Drop box. The 24/7 drop box needs no appointment. Tag each racket with your name, phone, string, and tension, then text us so we know it is there. We are responsible for your racket from the moment we text you that we have it. Please do not leave rackets outside the box, and remove personal items from bags, which we are not responsible for. Pickup. The balance is due at pickup by card, Venmo, Zelle, or Square, and rackets are released once paid. Rackets not picked up within 30 days of our ready text are considered abandoned and may be donated. We may photograph rackets for our records and occasionally post racket photos on social media, never your name. Tell us if you would rather we did not. By booking you agree to these terms.
